UCLA Registrar's Office

Authorized staff can access certain student data through SAWeb, and can request customized data and reports through a Registrar’s Service Request (RSR). Student data is protected by FERPA.

The Registrar’s Office provides point-in-time data, e-mail campaigns, and course offering information for enrollment planning or program review; assists with data requests for the campus; facilitates access to existing reports; and serves as a functional manager between departments that input data into OASIS and extraction of that data.
